All,

I'd like you all to welcome aboard our new First Officer, Commander Gaius Ra-Xialii!

Commander Ra-Xialii is played by Kyle, a simmer I've known for many years now, and he was actually one of the people who joined me when I founded Pegasus Fleet almost three years ago, and I'm glad to have been able to persuade him back to us to fill our vacant first officer spot on the Endeavour

He's a good writer, and I recommend you all get a JP going with him as soon as you can fit it in.
