Awards!

So, the end of our mission has quite aptly come at the end of a month as well, which makes this a perfect time to hand out some awards!

First off, I would like to say that I am very impressed with our new chief of security's desire to jump right in, taking on an NPC role whilst also working on numerous JPs in the background ready for when he joins us proper. For this, I'm going to award him the newcomer of the month award!


Secondly - and this is an award that I always exclude myself from just because the sheer nature of running a game almost always mean that I top the stats - the Post Master ribbon for the most posts this month goes to our Doctor/Yeoman, Doctor Cooper/PO Blaise!

Next up, is an award which I rarely get to give out, but that I feel is warranted this time around. Since returning to us and joining in on our mission, I have seen some very good character development on the part of Nessa Jenarian; addressing the reasons the character left and then returned to us, her fears surrounding the bug attack, and a good focus on her emotional state and internal thought processes throughout her posting leads me to award her with the Character Development award!

Last but certainly not least; the Captain's Merit award for this month. This time around, I am awarding it to our helmsman, Horatio Hawke, for not only sticking with and writing well for a position which is notoriously hard to keep on writing with, but also for his imaginative writing in the away team series of posts and for becoming a pivotal link between them and the away team's return to the Endeavour.

Congratulations to everyone awarded; I'll be doing my best to make sure that I keep on handing out awards at the end of every month.
