New Engineer!

All,
I'd like to welcome aboard Lt. JG Aurora Foster, who will be heading up our Engineering team!

For the current mission, Lt. Foster will be listed as Asst. Chief Engineering Officer, due to us having already established Lt. Kinu (NPC) as the Chief. Upon the conclusion of this mission, she will automatically move up to the top spot.
