In order to be considered for Director of Fleet Recruitment, you should have a current and active character within the fleet, request a Director of Fleet Recruitment application from Admiral Sanchez by April 22nd, 2011, and submit by April 25th.

Director of Fleet Recruitment responsibilities include:

- Sending weekly fleet advertisements (numerous per week)
- Ensuring Top Sites and Banner Exchanges links are current
- Assisting COs with advertising and advert writing as needed
- Driving fleet growth (overall and on sims that have low crew numbers)
- Being a member of Pegasus Fleet Admiralty
- Handing in a Monthly report

Any applicants which are not successful in gaining a position as Director may be considered for Deputy Director of Fleet Recruitment.
