Lt. Jones, our Chief Engineer, requires some time to tend to some Real Life matters, and so will be going on an ELOA for a few months. Since that is a long time to be without a chief engineer, we have agreed that his character will be switched into the Assistant position, so that we don't get hampered by having the holder of such a crucial position on leave for so long.

We look forward to the point where Jed can join us again full-time.
