New Engineer!

All, I would like to welcome aboard Lieutenant Commander Linom Dekur, who will be joining us as our new Chief Engineer. The Commander has a lot of experience behind him, and has played this character on sims previous to the Endeavour, and so has quite a developed person to bring on board with us; please make sure to read through his biography, and welcome him aboard!
