First day on the job

Mission: Metronian Diplomacy
Location: Tactical / Security Office and Main Brig - Deck 8
Timeline: MD06 0913hrs

Lyon had decided to get himself acquainted with what his predecessor had done before leaving the ship, so with coffee in one hand and padd in another he began reading reports in the Security Office looking for anything that he might need to know about.

Just over an hour later he had finished, unfortunately the reports didn't tell him too much. Thinking for a few moments he left his office making his way towards the Main Brig. He decided a walk combined with a quick inspection of the security area to ensure nothing was amiss was a good idea.

It didn't take him long as everything appeared to be correct and shipshape to which he was very grateful. Checking the time, he saw he still had some time before lunch and continued towards the Secondary Armoury nodding to two crewmen who acknowledged the new officer.

Entering the armoury, he saw a crewman manually checking the inventory with a padd mumbling to himself. Deciding to leave him be, Lyon turned and left deciding now would be a good time to head for a bite to eat.
